This presentation explores the history, science, potential benefits and risks of psychedelic-assisted therapy, including the emerging roles of ketamine, psilocybin and MDMA in mental health treatment.
I presented this program at the 2025 Helio Health Integrated Care Conference and will present it again at the NAMI Syracuse 32nd Educational Conference on September 23, 2026.
Mindfulness & Motivational Interviewing in Eating Disorder Treatment
This presentation examines how mindfulness and motivational interviewing can help clinicians approach ambivalence, strengthen engagement and support meaningful change in eating-disorder treatment.
